Timeline Research Notes 3.4 and Active Classroom - Click on "Read More"
​Today, in class, we:

Greeted students at the door with the gong challenge, using the threshold technique.
Copied our home work into our agendas (see below).
Stamped the home work entry in the agenda.
Picked up any late home works using the Home Work Robot.
Watched and discussed CNN10 News.

Updated our Table of Contents in the interactive notebook (see below).
Added the terms, "intifada" and "self rule" to the vocabulary primer on page 69.
Created our Unit 3 Grade Sheet on p. 67 of the interactive notebook (see below).
Created HW 3.5 - Map Self Reflection (see below).
Returned and discussed the SWAxNA Mapping Project.
Created the Research Timeline Notes 3.4 - Competing for Land on pages 82 and 83 of the interactive notebook.

Students used the following resources to independently create their own timelines:

     -Page 67 of the textbook (see below).

​     -The youtube video, "The Israel-Palestine conflict: a Brief, simple history" (see link below or video 
             at the bottom of the blog).

    -The Active Classroom module, "Atlas of World History (Level I): Conflicts in the Middle East"
             
 to help in creating timeline on p. 82 and 83 (see link below). This counts for your AC 
             
Portfolio.

1) Complete your entry for the terms, "intifada" and "self rule" to the vocabulary primer on page 69.

2) Complete your

3) Complete the Active Classroom module, "Atlas of World History (Level I): Conflicts in the Middle East" (see link above).

4) Complete HW # 3.5 - Map Self-Reflection
