Today, in class, we:
Greeted students at the door with the gong challenge, using the threshold technique.
Wrote our home work down in our agendas for the DO NOW.
Reminded students of how to find missing assignment for the Active Classroom Portfolio (see links below).
Began work on the Sub-Saharan Africa Mapping Project. Each student was given a blank map and instructions. The source maps are below. This is our first regional map and is due next Friday, October 14 for all classes (see links below).
Homework:
1) Complete and turn in the one Active Classroom module in the Cycle 2 Portfolio (see link below).
2) Continue work on the Sub-Saharan Mapping Project (see links below, due Friday Oct. 14th)
