Today, in class, we:
Greeted students at the door with the gong challenge, using the threshold technique.
Wrote our home work down in our agendas for the DO NOW.
Brought any late Home Work to the Home Work Robot.
Watched and discussed CNN 10
Updated our Table of Contents (see below).
Updated our vocabulary primer on page 66 and added the term, population pyramid.
Took and discussed Notes 2.11 - Population Pyramids in Cornell fashion (see below).
Created HW 3.2 - Population Pyramid and showed students the data table needed to complete the home work (see below).
Worked on Round 4 of the Unit 2 Learning Stations. We will work on the same station on Friday.
Homework:
1) Complete the vocabulary primer entry for the term, population pyramid on page 66.
2) Complete HW 3.2 - Population Pyramid using the data table (see below).
