Entered the classroom using the "Threshold" protocol, with each student having to provide a "Stand and Deliver" entry ticket.
Answered the warm up question on the board.
Copied our home work from the home work board (see below).
Random students were chosen by the Kagan Spinner to answer the warm up question.
Collected, via the random robot technique, late HW#4 and any late home work.
Updated the Table of Contents for the interactive notebook (see below).
Used the community glue to glue the Map Standards to p. 32 (see below).
Took and discussed Notes 1.5 - Assessing Maps (see below).
Participated in Lightning Stations to look at samples of excellent student maps from the past.
At Lightning Station 6, collected for the second time any late Summer Assignments and the "We Are the World" family roots display.
Home Work: 1) Complete any vocabulary primer terms on pages 9 of 10 that you have not finished.
