Today, in class, we:
Entered the classroom using the "Threshold" protocol, with each student having to provide a "Stand and Deliver" entry ticket.
Answered the warm up question on the board.
Copied our home work from the home work board (see below).
Attempted to collect, by individual interview, the Sub-Saharan African Timelines (see previous post).
Random students were chosen by the Kagan Spinner to answer the warm up question.
Collected all home work by the grumpy robot technique.
Returned the Sub-Saharan Africa Location Test and questioned 8/8 students on how they studied.
Passed out Test Whys as HW 5 - Test Whys (see below).
Updated the Table of Contents for the interactive notebook (see below).
Added the terms, GDP, GDP/capita, Literacy Rate, Life Expectancy, Infant Mortality Rate, and Development Level to the vocabulary primer on pages 16 - 18.
Took and discussed Notes 2.8 - Development of Countries (see below).
