Entered the classroom using the "Threshold" protocol, with a co-greeter welcoming students in a language other than English.
Answered the warm up question on the board.
Copied our home work from the home work board (see below).
Random students were chosen by the Kagan Spinner to answer the warm up question.
Watched and discussed CNN10.
Conducted an agenda check to gather data on each students's Fall agenda habits.
Used the "glue army" to glue a new copy of the Map Standards to page 3 of the interactive notebook (see below).
Began an in-class interdisciplinary project called "A Tale of Two Cities", focused on constructing and using climographs
Home Work: 1) Continue working on the SxSE Asia Mapping Project (see previous post). This is due on Tuesday, Jan 21st for "A" classes and Wednesday, Jan. 22nd for "B" classes.
