​Today, in class, we:

Greeted students at the door with the gong challenge, using the threshold technique.
Wrote our home work down in our agendas for the DO NOW.
Used the home work robot to collect HW 4.8 and any late home works.
​Students who qualified for a retake of Abrahamic Religions Test were sent into the commons to work.

Watched and discussed CNN 10.
Updated our Table of Contents (see below).
Updated our vocabulary primer on page 13 and added the term, tolerance.
Watched the crash course video, "Venice and the Ottomans" while taking notes on page 30. There is a transcript link at nerdfighteria.info/v/UN-II_jBzzo/
Read pp. 428-429 as cooperative teams and answered the inference question on page 31 individually (see below).
Worked on the Active Classroom Module, "
Power Basics: The Middle East and the Rise of Islam: The Ottoman Turks" (see link below).
