Today, in class, we:
Greeted students at the door with the gong challenge, using the threshold technique.
Copied our home work into our agendas (see below).
Stamped the home work entry in the agenda.
Collected late home works using the roaming robot technique.
Activated the Glue Army to glue in the map standards handout to page 2 of the interactive notebook (see below).
Updated our Table of Contents in the interactive notebook (see below).
Added the term, "civil disobedience" to the vocabulary primer on page 10.
Took and discussed, in Cornell fashion, Notes 4.3 - The Evolution of India on pages 18 and 19 of the interactive notebook (see below).
Created HW 4.1 - Gandhi Biography (see below).
The source material was shown to class for HW 4.1 (see below). We began reading independently in class, using the chrome books.
While students were working independently, interviews of students who had not turned in the SxSE Asia Mapping Project were conducted. This is the 3rd "ask" of four (see previous blog post).
Homework:
1) Complete your entry for the term, "civil disobedience" to the vocabulary primer on page 10.
2) Complete HW 4.1 - Gandhi Biography using the source reading below (see below).
3) If not finished, continue to work on the SxSE Asia Mapping project (see previous post).
